本部分介绍使用UniAgency进行Meta开户申请操作,包括【申请流程】、【申请操作】、【注意事项】。

2. 申请操作
2.1 Meta开户申请
Meta将上线新的OE功能:
根据Meta当前的政策自动拒绝低质量的OE开户申请
自动验证广告主官网链接有效性
提高对上传的营业执照图片的分辨率要求
新增上传栏,供广告主上传补充的商业文件(非必须)
2.1.1 点击菜单栏【开户管理】—【开户申请】,进入开户申请页面。
选择Meta For Business,点击【开通申请】按钮,进入 Meta OE 页面进行申请信息的填写。
2.1.2 点击【开户须知】,查看开户前材料
点击【直接开户】按钮,进入Meta OE 页面进行申请信息的填写
跳转OE链接,输入手机号登录Meta(已登录的无需登录;如显示错误,则更换其他手机号登录)
2.1.3 输入公司信息
上传其他支持性文件非必填项,可以选择上传有助广告帐户申请获批的任何补充商业文件。
电商 - 线上店铺/业务帐户的所 有权证明(例如:店铺名称、地 址栏的截图和店铺页面的全屏 截图)
公司或政府发布的公告或声明
2.1.4 添加账户详情注意:单次申请最多提交3个账户、3条推广链接、3个粉丝页(公共主页)
创建Meta粉丝页(公共主页):命名需要与推广的域名/品牌保持一致
需注意:OE会自动审核网站链接,如果提交的链接无效,OE会自动驳回开户申请完成提交,等待开户审核。(媒体下户时间一般为1-3个工作日)
2.2 查看开户记录及审批结果在Meta oe链接填写提交后,返回UniAgency,可在“开户记录”中查看申请信息:点击列表“查看“按钮,查看单据信息。
在开户记录页和开户记录详情页可查看开户状态:审核中、待修改、已驳回、已通过
2.3 修改开户申请若开户申请被打回,可在UniAgency“开户记录”查看,开户状态为“待修改”。
在列表页或详情页可查看代理或Meta的审批意见。
点击“修改”,跳转Meta oe链接进行修改。
2.4 查看下户账户Meta审批通过后,可在UniAgency“开户记录”查看开户状态为“已通过”。
点击“获取账户”可以查看下户账号;点击“立即充值”可对账户进行充值。
3. 注意事项开户前,提交开户的 BM 以及邮箱(Meta个人登录邮箱)需有粉丝页的管理员权限,否则在 oe 链接中无法选择相应的粉丝页!
选择Google Ads,点击【立即开户】按钮,进入 Google平台开户申请页面。

按系统提示填写 Google 账户申请的各项内容:
带“*”为必填项;
一条链接开3~5个户,最多5个;
填写完毕后点击【确定】按钮。

如需申请多个账户,可以点击“+”增加

建议账户规范命名,如:“公司主体-日期-序号”
开户申请提交成功

选择Tiktok For Business,点击【立即开户】按钮,进入 Tiktok 平台开户申请页面。

点击菜单栏【开户管理】—【开户申请】,进入开户申请页面。
选择Tiktok,点击【开通申请】按钮,进入Tiktok平台开户申请页面。

按系统提示填写 Tiktok 账户申请的各项内容:
带“*”为必填项;
填写完毕后点击【确定】按钮。

广告主身份验证将提高广告生态的透明度,使人们更容易了解下广告的广告主是谁,帮助消费者看到广告后做出更明智的决定,有效促进广告业的健康发展。在过去的两年中,Google 已经验证了30个国家和地区的政治广告客户,并在广告框或横幅中显示了其身份。那么,如何成为 Google 广告商大军中的一员大将呢?如何进行广告身份验证呢?且听飞书逸途为你详细说明。
一、 如何得知需要身份验证?
Google 当前有多个不同的验证程序,目前较为常见的有身份验证和业务运营验证。
近期Google对验证流程进行了更新,将身份验证和业务运营验证整合到一个流程里,合并为广告客户验证。需要完成身份验证的广告客户会收到一封电子邮件,并会在其谷歌帐号内看到一则通知。
谷歌会优先对宣传以下各项的广告客户进行身份验证:
- 产品或服务类内容
- 信息、咨询或教育类内容
- 与受监管行业相关的内容
如果您收到了要求您完成验证的电子邮件,就必须完成广告客户身份验证程序。广告客户有30天的时间来启动验证,并且另有30天的时间完成验证。如果您未在 30 天内开始该程序,您的帐号将被暂停。完成该身份验证程序通常需要 3-5 个工作日。

o 预备邮件提醒
拥有广告账号管理员权限的广告主,将会在邮箱收到提示验证的信息。并会在其账号内结算信息页面看到相关验证通知。请收到邮件后,在规定期间完成验证信息。否则会有账号暂停的风险。
o 三次身份验证提醒
广告主如果忽略邮件,将会收到三次提醒,以及五次文件修改的机会,请参考相关条件准备好正确的文档。如不确定,可尽快联系您的飞书谷歌优化进行确认,并提交。
o 账号暂停,强制身份验证
广告主错过身份验证,账号将被暂停,此时需要通过谷歌客服重新获取申诉资格,否则账号将永久暂停。

飞书广告账号的广告主,将在账号提醒可以看到账号验证提示。点击“开始”即可跳转页面进行验证。
二、如何进行身份验证?
- 准备相关申诉文档
登陆文件准备链接,根据广告主所在地区选择相关文档。如注册地为中国大陆,则地区选择 China (中国);如为港澳台地区,则对应选择 Hong Kong 或 Macau 或 Taiwan。其余地区以此类推。 - 点击开始账号验证
账号验证可以通过两种方式,直接在账号后台填写完业务信息后,将跳转表单填写。如是广告代理商的广告账号,切勿直接点代理商身份进行验证,如飞书开设的账号,切勿以 sinointeractive 身份验证。如果误点验证,可通过点击contact us联系谷歌客服咨询身份修改资格,重新验证。
- 点击验证的顺序如下:
- 输入广告账号类型等相关信息,并确认进入下一步,提交账号详细信息。
需要验证的账户可在收到邮件后点击邮件中的“开始验证”或账户上方通知中的“开始”进入验证页面。
跳转到下方页面后点击“开始行动”来启动验证流程。
- 验证- 关于您的商家
前两个问题请选择“否”,第三个问题视广告客户的实际情况而定
选择实际行业后,点击“保存并继续“完成商家身份验证
回答完商家身份后。系统会显示完成验证程序所需执行的其他步骤。后续步骤将根据您的账号结构、结算设置以及您是代表组织还是个人投放广告而定。您可能还需要验证您的业务运营情况。
以上两个验证可能都需要进行,具体以账号内实际情况为准。点击“开始行动“进入对应的验证页面。
- 验证客户身份
请注意,只有账户管理员可以进行验证。如验证人不是管理员,请联系管理员授权或请管理员代为验证。此时,需向管理员提供验证所需的全部信息。
填写完毕,直接按“提交”,会出现案件填写成功&提交提示,请及时记录case id;提交的邮件也会收到对应提示。
- 业务运营验证
部分客户可能会出现“验证您的业务运营”,对应下列内容做验证即可。注意此项验证依旧只能由管理员进行。
未能通过业务验证有多项原因,总结如下。其中未能在规定时间内,如30天内未完成业务运营验证,以及广告客户验证程序中所有必要的验证,账号将被暂停。
- 留意账号申诉动态。
验证成功后,请密切留意邮箱信息—将会收到案件开始处理的提醒。验证成功后,广告账号后台及邮箱都会出现下列验证成功的提醒。
a. 业务运营验证成功

- MCC 内提示账号验证
6月起有部分商家收到关于MCC 谷歌经理账号“一次性验证多个账号”的邮件提示,打开邮件链接进入提示“商家信息验证界面” (见“附录”)。
需提醒,MCC当前无需验证,MCC内账号验证信息同步自其管理下的Google Ads账号验证提示。如当前Google Ads无需验证,或已验证,可暂时无需采纳邮件内“过期验证“提示”,或通过contact us 向google ads客服报错。
具体所需验证账号查询路径:点进账号后台"结算与付款" > "身份验证",将显示所有所需身份验证的广告账号ID,以该表(下面截图)信息为准。

Marketing
You have the right to ask us not to process your Personal Information for marketing purposes. Where We Store Your Information
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, various locations globally, including the United States. It may also be processed by xxxxx.com staff or contractors operating outside your country of residence (including, if you are in Europe, outside of the EEA) who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. We will respond to your request promptly upon receipt. If you are in the EEA, this will be within one month of receipt, or, if further time is required, we will inform you of this and the reason for the delay. We may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request. If your Personal Information has been disclosed to a third party in accordance with this Privacy Policy, we will take reasonable steps to notify the third party of any updated information you provide to us.
